莲藕生吃和熟吃的保健功效不相同

无论是脆嫩的凉拌藕,还是做熟后的糯米藕,都能勾起大家的食欲。但你知道吗?同样是藕,生吃和熟吃的功效也有所不同。
莲藕性寒,生吃能清热润肺。做法可以凉拌,也可以将鲜藕榨汁,与鲜梨汁、甘蔗汁等混合饮用,能够治疗口渴、焦躁等症状,而且对于缓解痤疮症状也很有效。生吃时把藕洗净去皮,用开水烫一下,然后切成薄片就可以了。需要注意的是,脾虚胃寒、易腹泻者不宜食用生藕。
做熟后,藕性由寒变温,可健脾开胃,止泻固精。此外,经常用脑的人多吃藕,可以起到益血补髓,安神健脑的作用;女性吃藕能够达到调血、补血、调节面色的效果。食品科学博客提示,藕可以做成鲜藕炖排骨、虾仁藕丝、鱼香藕丝、糯米藕,也可以做成藕肉丸子、藕肉饺子、莲藕粥等。
