日前，由中国技术监督情报协会制作的《中国食品安全舆情报告蓝皮书》（以下简称《蓝皮书》）（2013）在京发布。

　　《蓝皮书》指出，2012年共计1942起曝光的食品安全事件，其中1195起为非质量安全事件。2012年度国内各种涉及食品安全的事件遭到曝光，其显著特点是新兴网络媒体成为食品安全事件曝光的重要平台，微博等网络媒体也成为消费者关注事件和发表看法的平台。

　　据了解，该蓝皮书运用定量与定性相结合的方法，深入系统地分析了2012年中国食品安全舆情热点。该书还重点对乳制品行业、肉制品行业、白酒行业、食用油行业及中国饮料行业的发展现状、涉及的典型食品安全事件进行了深入的分析。
