天气逐渐开始干燥,饮食重点应倾向于滋阴润燥。以下介绍几种养生食物,滋润身心。
梨
梨具有润燥消风,镇咳止喘,清心降火的作用,可缓解“秋燥”,醒酒解毒。生梨性凉,老人不宜一次吃过多。脾胃较弱的人,也可做成冰糖炖梨水食用。
百合
百合味甘、性微寒,归心、肺经,具有养阴润肺、清心安神、润肺解渴、止咳止血、开胃安神的功效。适用于阴虚久咳,惊悸、失眠、多梦,精神恍惚等症状。
蜂蜜
蜂蜜是传统的补养佳品,具有清热补中,解毒止痛,润肺养肺的功效,对神经衰弱、高血压、冠状动脉硬化、肺病等均有疗效。老年人在秋季可以蜜代糖,常常服用。
