The ‘Stay In The Loop’ feature would send you alerts to your Gmail address (or other designated email) that would inform you of an online mention of your name. This could come in pretty handy for bloggers and freelance writers of all kinds.

As a freelancer or blogger, it is so important to get the word out there and get people to share your content. Our job is to create conversations, but the first step is to know where to find them. With this feature, you will be able to find who is talking about you and why. The perfect tool for those that want to build a high-quality online reputation.

On the Google homepage, you might notice a small icon on the first page of search results that will allow you to set up this feature. You can also manipulate many settings, such as email frequency, language, regions and so much more.

The ‘Stay In The Loop’ feature is now live in India and will soon be available around the world to make sure you never miss another online mention again.
