数学题解答：如果底面直径与高相等，设底面半径是r，则直径是2r，高也是2r。然后用含有r的式子来分别表示侧面积和表面积，再求出它们的比。

也可以用设数法解决，比如设高为2厘米，则底面直径也为2厘米，底面半径是1厘米。下面就用设数法解决，条件如前面所设。

先算侧面积：3.14×2×2=12.56（平方厘米）

再算底面积：3.14×1²=3.14（平方厘米）

表面积：3.14×2＋12.56=18.84（平方厘米）

侧面积: 底面积 ＝ 12.56 : 18.84 = 2:3
