数学题解答：先看第一个长方形，长宽比是：8:6=4:3

第二个长方形，长宽比是：12:9=4:3

所以两个长方形的形状是相同的，只是大小不同。

现在来解决问题，小长方形如果想与大长方形重合，则需要把长和宽都按照1.5:1的比例尺扩大，因为：

12:8=1.5:1

9:6=1.5:1
