出处：春秋《诗经·召南·关睢》

鉴赏：诗经三百零五篇的第一首诗就叫“关睢”，是描写一位男子对一位采荇女子的衷心思慕。悠哉悠哉：在此是指夜的漫长。这两句诗是说：这位多情的男子要追求那位窈窕的女子，结果费尽一切心力，却徒劳无功。可是，这位男子对她用情太深，朝思暮想，只觉得夜晚是如此的漫长，一个人在床上翻来覆去，一直到天亮都睡不着。“悠哉悠哉，辗转反侧”这两句诗可用来形容由于对爱情的思慕或对问题的烦忧，因而躺在床上翻来覆却无法入睡。
