数学题解答：爸爸骑摩托车的总里程(4+4+8)＝16（千米）。

8分钟后爸爸骑摩托车去追他，在离家4千米的地方追上小军。说明两个人行驶4公里的时间差为8分钟，行驶4千米小军要比爸爸多用8分钟。

当相遇后回家，再回到4公里的地方，爸爸行驶的时间就为8分钟，里程4+4＝8（千米）。因为后来小军又行了4千米，被老爸追上需要他先行8分钟，而这8分钟老爸正好回家取水再到第一次相遇处。

爸爸行驶的时间加上8分等于总时间。

(4+4+8)÷(4+4)×8+8=24（分）
