解答：每个小组16人，第一轮要打8场，第二轮要打4场，第三轮要打2场，第四轮打1场。一共打：8+4+2+1＝15（场）。

两个小组共打了：15+15＝30（场）

最后加上两个小组第一名打的决赛，一共打了：30+1＝31（场）
